Small package of extra thin brick pasta filled with a delicate batter of desalted and confit cod.

Crispy cod made with very thin small sacks of brick pasta stuffed with a smooth batter made with the best desalted Gadus Morhua cod. The cod is slowly cooked with onion, cream, butter and parsley, mixing the ingredients at low heat with the best bechamel made from farmhouse milk that is pasteurised in our kitchen. The result is a crispy cod with a unique flavour, a delicate filling and a crispy coating.
