Our home-made boletus edulis croquettes are always made using farmhouse milk that is pasteurised at Ameztoi. The grated bread is also home-made at Ametztoi’s kitchen. The bechamel sauce for the boletus croquettes is made very slowly, which is the reason why our cooks are able to create a batter that is very creamy and smooth on the palate. Top quality boletus provides an indisputable flavour to these mushroom croquettes.

    Pasteurised whole cow MILK, grated bread (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT gluten, salt, olive oil, yeast, diphosphate rising agent and sodium carbonate, paprika extract colouring), WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch, Boletus edulis mushroom (8%), olive oil, preparation for breading (EGG albumin, salt, dextrose, guar gum thickening agent and spices), shallot, butter (MILK derivative), pasteurised cream (cream (MILK) and carrageenan stabiliser), salt, metilcellulose gelifier, and sodium ascorbate antioxidant.

    May contain shell fish, fish, soy, mustard, sulphites and moluscs.

    FRYED: Remove the product from the package and dip in plenty of oil at 180ºC for 2 minutes, without overloading the fryer/pan. Let it sit for 90 seconds for the heat to set in.
