Delicious steamed baby squid in its own ink and stewed slowly with assorted vegetables and authentic baby squid ink. To make the sauce for the stuffed baby squid we use onions, fresh tomatoes, green peppers and extra virgin olive oil in addition to the fresh baby squid. All the ingredients are cooked at low heat until achieving a sauce that is thick and smooth.
