Crispy cod made with very thin small sacks of brick pasta stuffed with a smooth batter made with the best desalted Gadus Morhua cod. The cod is slowly cooked with onion, cream, butter and parsley, mixing the ingredients at low heat with the best bechamel made from farmhouse milk that is pasteurised in our kitchen. The result is a crispy cod with a unique flavour, a delicate filling and a crispy coating.

FRYER: Remove the product from the package and dip in plenty of oil at 180ºC for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, without overloading the fryer/pan. Let it sit for 90 seconds for the heat to set in.
