Delicious egg custard made using whole farmhouse cow milk from Basque Country that is pasteurised in our kitchen. It is cooked by hand following the traditional Ameztoi family recipe, cooking the milk with the whole eggs at low heat. Our egg custard is ready to eat. A luxury on our table, enjoyed by both children and adults.
