Ameztoi´s morcilla croquettes are cooked daily in our kitchen using the best bechamel made with Basque farmhouse milk. We use the best quality morcilla, which provides its particular aroma to a very fine textured bechamel. The final finish of the morcilla croquettes is achieved by following the traditional recipe with a coating of our very crunchy home-made grated bread.
